Hi I ve been having an issue for the past few months where I have thick/coagulated discharge, unusal dryness and irritation of the vagina(inside), itching and swelling of the labia, and now swelling of the Perineum to the point of hardness. I have not had any sexual intercourse for over a year now and the symptoms only began many months after I had. I have been unable to see a doctor due to issues with health care but I am fearful of an STD although I don t understand how I could have one. Any thoughts would be very helpful.
