Suggest Treatment For Cold And Blocked Nose

Hi doctor , my 9 month baby is suffering from cold . Her nose is blocked and she is crying coz not able to breath properly. Wat shud i do and can i give alerid syrup to her two times a day. Doctor pls tell wat else i could do bcoz she is crying and dont want to take any food.

Hi Dear
welcome to the HCM
Child is suffering with RTI.
Saline drops to be poured in the both nostrils frequently for proper passage of breathing.
Antihistaminic and decongestant syrups along with paracetamol to be added for the relief of symptoms.
Steam inhalation will also help.
