Suggest Treatment For Cold And Cough In A Child

Hi Doctor,

My son is 2.6 Yrs old and suffering from could and cold, According to local doctor preescription, I am giving him teddykoff (Mankind) cough syrup, I dont see any improvement. My son does even eat much or take milk due to this. Is it good if i change the medicine to Dr. Reddy's RELENT syrup?

Hi.. how long it has been after starting the medicine? Is the content of both the medicine same or different? I think you should wait for at least 2 to 3 days to expect some relief.And if there is no worsening as such, u can continue the same medicine.
