Hello

Welcome in H.C.M.

I have gone through your query regarding cough and cold which you had suddenly developed.

Your symptoms are in favour of viral fever, though most of the times it gets cured by it self and only supportive treatment in the form of-

1- Tab Paracetamol.

2- Anti histaminic.

3- Decongestant and cough sedatives.

4- Drink adeqidate fluid orally.

5- Bed rest.

My suggesstion is that above treatment will help you but you should remain in touch with your family doctor because some times complications may develop and they may become fatal also.

Regards.
