Understanding your concern. As per your query symptoms of cold and ear blockage is due to infection of sinuses leading to sinusitis. It could be due to eustachian tube dysfunctiong. I would suggest you to visit ENT specialist once and get it examined. You should take antibiotic Coamoxiclav for 3-5 days. Take decongestant nasal spray. Avoid cold drinks. Sip on warm water. You should have chicken soup and green tea for relieve of congestion and opening of sinuses. Avoid taking spicy and fried substances. Take one vitamin C pellet daily.
