As per your complain it seems that you have an upper respiratory tract infection and along with it you also have Sinus infection or Sinusitis leading to pain and burning under the eye and pain around the nose.. Ear ache and feeling of cotton inside the ear seems to be due to ear infection along with fluid behind the ear drum and it is also secondary to cold and sinusitis leading to excess phlegm formation.. I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation along with PNS View or MRI of sinuses and Otoscopic examination of the ears can help in diagnosis and treatment can be planned accordingly.. You can be advised to take a course of antibiotics like Azithrmoycin, anti-inflammatory painkiller like Advil, anti allergics like Levocetrizine, decongestant like Pseuroephadrine, mucolytics like Ambroxol,antibioitc ear drops, steam inhalations, decongestant nasal spray like Xylometazoline, saline nasal irrigation and use a humidifier in your room..
