you have cough since 3 weeks with green sputum,i want to tell you that you should take this seriously,as any cough for more than 2 weeks needs to be evaluated for tuberculosis.
while for the ear pain it is due to the infection in your respiratory tract.
so i would suggest you to visit an ent specialist and get yourself evaluated in detail and seek proper help.
