Suggest Treatment For Cold Sores And Swollen Lips

I have what I thought was cold sore. My lip is swollen but goes down, Had it for 3days now. Its inside my mouth. I wear dentures. New ones. I tried the new adhesive the dentist gave me. I don t know if that did it or not. I tend to bite my lip while eating. I am guessing. Just want to know what to use. Thank you. Nancy
