Hello,

You can help your daughter by doing the things together with her. You should create a daily agenda for her with a lot of things but in short terms example 30 min music, 30 min reading, 30 min eating, 30 min cooking.

But you must be present in most of time in these activities. About the food, you can try to ask her to make a menu what she wants to eat during a week. Let her choose.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Elona Dashi
