Hello

Welcome to healthcare magic.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Constant bleeding at your age is due to your perimenopausal status. Your ovaries are slowly failing to produce required amount of estrogen and progesterone. To help you with your constant bleeding you could get the hormonal coil inserted. Alternatively you could on HRT- Hormone Replacement Therapy if you have any other symptoms of perimenopause like hot flushes, night sweats etc.
I would not advise you to take antibiotics for your stomach symptoms. Antibiotics without doctor's advise can do more harm than good sometimes. In absence of diarrhea, vomiting, fever, and stomach cramps , stomach symptoms may not be due to infection. Even if it is an infection, it could be of viral origin and antibiotics will not work as they act only against bacteria.

I hope this answer has helped you.

Thank you.
