Hello
Stomach pain and nausea might be related to acid peptic disease due to staunch hyperacidity, Liver and all bladder disease like gall stone

If I were your treating doctor I would have put you on anti acidity medicines like pantoprazole or omeprazole with antacids for 10 to 15 days and will review after that for further investigation and courses of action

Avoid fatty fried spicy and junk food
Have lots of fresh fruits and vegetables
Have small and frequent meals.
Thanks
Regards
