Suggest Treatment For Constant Headache, Pain In Neck And Dizziness

Hi, my name is Carol. I've been feeling really dizzy and drowsy lately, almost like I'm too weak to do anything. 3 days ago I adapted a fever and its been going up and down but never under 99.9. I've had a constant headache and there are pains in my neck and back. I thought it would go away but nothing yet. Please help.

The symptoms of dizziness, pain in the neck and headache with fever indicates infection.
This requires proper evaluation and treatment of the underlying cause. Use of anti-vertigo tablets and anti-pyretic tablets will provide symptomatic relief.
