Suggest Treatment For Constant Severe Pain Due To Trapped Nerves

I have osteoarthritis and 2 trapped nerves at L3,L4: a duodenal ulcer and psoriasis . I take solpadol as omeprazole and dicloflex make me very ill, I also suffer labrynthitis periodically,a result I think of a head injury a few years ago which left me with bad balance,bad short term memory ,dizziness and severe headaches although the photosensitivity and motion sickness is now not so severe.I am in constant severe pain which the solpadol takes the edge of but sometimes gives me headaches from . Is there any herbal remedies you can recommend for me, and am I at risk from damaging my liver from long term slopadol use? what would you suggest? I am a 56 year old woman
