Suggest Treatment For Constant Urge To Urinate Despite Taking Antibiotics

I ve been diagnosed with a UTI and have taken 2 of the antibiotic capsules that were prescribed...I m feeling worse. I feel that I need to urinate constantly and I m having a hard time eliminating completely. I have a dull ache in my abdomen constantly and have constant nausea.

* There can be various reasons for non responding UTI as drug resistant infection, underlying calculus or other condition.
* My recommendations at present

- Drink plenty of liquids.
- Get prescription of urinary alkaliser as potassium citrate or others as per choice of your physician.
- Tablet Ibuprofen, 3 times a day after meals will help by its anti-inflammatory action.
- Maintain genital hygiene and blood sugar.
- Choose antibiotic only according to the urine culture report with your doctor`s office.
