Suggest Treatment For Constipation And Black Substance In Stools

my name is laura and i am 48 years old. i have a big problem with constipation. i have no insurance to see the doctor and was wondering if you might give me some off the record advice. within my bowel movements i find these black things that look just like seeds with white on the inside ( they are hard) i also find this black substance that looks like little peices of black hard as rock tar. i know this is disgusting but can you give me some advice

Hello,

You may be suffering from constipation with hard stools.

So maybe your passing pellets in stools.

Use high fiber diet, drink plenty of water.

Syrp lactulose.

If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
