Had blood in stool for three days but stopped now, also have lower back pain, nausea and the symptoms get worse on eating... As per the history you have given this looks to be an inflammatory lesion in the gastrointestinal tract. The most probable reason looks to be enterocolitis along with gastritis as secondary effect. Hence I would advise you the following: Get the stool and blood tests done. Ultrasonography to see for lymph nodes, status of liver gall bladder . Upper GI Endoscopy for gastritis or ulcer. A course of an antibiotic, metronidazole and continuation with probiotics. Symptomatic treatment as per the presenting symptoms as needed. Boiled cooled water and only home-made foods and beverages. PPI like Omeprazole and motility regulator like Domperidone as needed. All these will help you to get a proper diagnosis and proper management.
