Constipation during pregnancy is quite common due to pregnancy hormones. So don't get scared.
Eat high fibre diet.i,e. plenty of salads and fresh fruits. Drink at least 2 litres of water everyday. If this does not solve the constipation problem, you will need some stool softners. You need to consult your doctor for that.
The hard stools has probably caused abrasion on the anal mucosa and that is why you are seeing blood and have pain. Once your constipation resolves, you should not have this blood and pain.
If you still have this complaint you need to see your doctor.
