Suggest Treatment For Constipation And Impacted Stools During Pregnancy

Dr doctor I m 19 wks pregnant and I m struggling to go for a number two , to the point I ve had u help my self go buy using some disposable gloves n I feel very impacted inside my bum and it s bleeding , in my other pregnacey it s never been this bad but it s extremely painfull

Hello dear,I understand your concern.I am sorry for your condition. In my opinion constipation in pregnancy is quite common.Take adequate fluids upto 3 litres,high fibre diet and laxatives.Agiolax is a laxative which works well.If not enaema is tried as last resort.Dont worry.It will subside.
