Suggest Treatment For Constipation And Itching Around The Vagina During Pregnancy

I am 5 months pregnant now i am having severe constipation and before one week i checked my urine routine test and in that my Pus cell is 5-6 and RBC 10-15 and i had severe itching outside the vagina ,what will i do doctor, what medicines i have to take for constipation and for the Urinary infection .If i take any medicines will it affect my baby. Please help me

First of all do not panic. I would suggest you the medicines that are safe for you and your baby, so do not worry.
For your constipation -
1] Increase your daily water intake
2]Include green leafy vegetables, fruits, salads, whole grain foods in your diet.
3]If needed- Liquid DUPHALAC 15 ml at night with a glass of water for 3 days and later on as required.
For Vaginal itching-
1]Triben plus ointment thrice a day for 5 days
2] Tan ALBEND 400 mg stat chewable tablet.
It seems that you need to look for urinary tract USG, as urine examination shows RBCs.
If you have burning while urination or fever with chills then Tab. AMOXY _CLAV 625 mg 2 times a day for 5 days.
