Suggest Treatment For Constipation And Lower Abdominal Pain

I am 59 year old female. I have a bowl movement about every 4th day or so and can feel my stool thur my vagina. I have to press with my fingers the walls of my vagina in order to get it to pass my stools. Also I have had a dull ongoing pain in my lower right side. I had a cat scan and nothing showed up. I am getting worried

Please try changing your diet and lifestyle
Stop all dairy products
Cut down animal proteins
Eat plant based diet      
Don’t skip meals .
Reduce oily and spicy food
Keep moving for your bowels to move
Exercise daily
Increase fluid intake according to your weight and level of activity.
Increase fiber intake-Oats, brown rice, apples, pears, Prunes, figs
Berries , Apricots , Green leafy veggies.
Take a probiotic daily
Eat fermented foods like sauerkraut, kimchi, Kefir etc
Chew well to poo well
Squat better to Poo better.
These general measures will work.
If they don’t work go to a Gastroenterologist doctor for further evaluation and testing.
