Suggest Treatment For Constipation And Swollen Abdomen

I have been constipated for almost a week now.. i have tried laxatives, stool softners, emema, apple juice, and nothing seems to work. my lower abdomin is swollen and there is a dull to sharp pain there as well. what can i do? should i go to the er. i have no primary care physcian or insurance

Well come to HCM
Constipation is not the disease that can be treated with multiple drugs but this is condition and this can be managed with changing certain things like diet and toilet habit, have more fiber containing diet, drink more water, keep regular habit of toilet even if you do not want to go for, have not reflexes, still be inside for some time no matter if you do not pass the stool, no need to apply any force, at the most Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day can be tried, hope this information helps, take care, have a nice day.
