Noted your history of taking
Naproxen for lower back ache but after 2 days you developed
constipation. Otherwise you had
regular bowel movements. For the last 4 days the amount of the stool is less, have to strain to get it out.
This indicates that you have developed gastrointestinal disturbance due to Naproxen.
I would advise you the following:
First of all to stop Naproxen so that its effect for GI will wear off and you can start on another anti-inflammatory medicine like
Ibuprofen or so.
Take banana and yogurt/curds and see the effects, if no effect you can certainly take a mild laxative.
Avoid the food and the beverages that you know cause you constipation in the past.
Sitz bath in a tub of warm water for soothing effects.
