Suggest Treatment For Constipation Despite Taking Stool Softener

i had a recent physiczl and my dr said i have snemia-had additionsl bloid tests but redults not till Monday tomorrow i have not been able to have a biwel movement in 3 days,,no psin but stool softener or Ducolax jo result,,drsnk lits of warm water---worried about obstructruction,,,no pain but no feeling of urgrncy to go...should i go to Urgent Care now???

* According to the narrations , it does not seem obstruction , can wait for
