Suggest Treatment For Constipation, Diarrhea, Abdominal Cramps And Gas
I have constipation, diarrhea and excessive gas every day... Either I can t go or I go to much and I have extreme gas every day... And I cramp in the lower part of my stomach, like a menstrual cramp and I am to old for that, 61...please give me an answer..

There is no way we can give you an exact cause without seeing you in person but I will give you some things to try. First I would get rid of all dairy and see if that helps. Next, I would try adding a probiotic and avoiding all gas producing foods like beans, cabbage etc. (you can search on the internet for foods that are gas producing and get other ideas). Consider trying Beano drops with all raw vegetables. If none of this is helpful you will need to see a gastroenterologist for some testing.
