Suggest Treatment For Constipation, Frequent Urination & Discharge
I believe I've been constipated for four months and experiencing problems with urination and ejaculation. Towards the beginning of my problem I had to frequently urinate and i have since had a weak ejaculation and very small amount. Could these be caused from blocked digestive system?
Hi. Thanks for your query. Noted the history and understood your concerns. Constipation could have been due to many reasons. Change in diet. Stress and anxiety. Cancer or such diseases. Concomittent urinary and ejaculatory dysfunction suggest pelvic pathology or infection. Hence I would advise you the following: CT scan of abdomen, Colonoscopy play a major role. Tests of stool and blood. Tests of Urine: routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity. Clinical evaluation by a Gastroenterologist and an Urologist. Take laxative to regularize bowel. Change diet to the one that suits you. Plenty of oral fluids. Further management as per the findings.
