Concomittent urinary and ejaculatory dysfunction suggest pelvic pathology or infection. Hence I would advise you the following: CT scan of abdomen, Colonoscopy play a major role. Tests of stool and blood. Tests of Urine: routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity. Clinical evaluation by a Gastroenterologist and an Urologist. Take laxative to regularize bowel. Change diet to the one that suits you. Plenty of oral fluids. Further management as per the findings.
