Suggest Treatment For Constipation, Weakness And Irritation

Hi, I was hospitalized Thursday night with a diagnoses of Pancreatitis. My enzymes were high, abdominal pain, vomiting blood and mucous and bile, dehydrated. I was NPO for 24 hours and they did another blood test and apparently my enzymes were back to normal. They then informed me that it could be gastroenteritis. I came home yesterday and felt ok. Today I am feeling bad no other way to explain, I haven t had a bowel movement in 2 days and I feel weak, lethargic and very irritable. Can you tell me if of another diagnoses? Also, my blood pressure has been very low throughout at around 84/48 to 93/50. I quit smoking 9 days ago, I do not take any medications and I have no chronic conditions. I am 42 with no children and I have had a partial hysterectomy and appendectomy are my only surgeries.

you are not suffering from constipation rather you had low or nil intake of solid food that is why resulting in no feces production. my advice, start eating lighter foods and rake plenty of fluids hopefully your bowl will get activated and your gain energy.
