Suggest Treatment For Constipation While Having Internal Hemorrhoids

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... Hello, I'm on pain medication and it has made me really constipated and I haven't gone in a week and now it hurts really bad if I try to go. I also have internal hemeroids so when I use sepositories they burn really bad. I feel like I need to go but I'm scared to, do you have any suggestions as to what I could use to help me?

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Some advices that I can give to you are:
-Drink more water.
-Eat more fiber, especially soluble, non-fermentable fiber.
-Exercise more.
-Take Senna, a herbal laxative.
-Eat probiotic food or take probiotic supplements.
-Take over-the-counter or prescription laxatives.

Hope my answer was helpful. If you have any other question I’ll be glad to help.
