Suggest Treatment For Constipation While On Thyronorm

I m 40 years old lady having two children. I am suffering from acute anal fissure. I have undergone poltpectomy surgery before 10 days. I was advised to take thyronorm 12.5 mg tablet for one month. Now I couldn t pass stools though I have tried taking fibre diet, laxative and plenty of fluids for the past two days. It s so painful and couldn t strain much on this condition to pass stools. Could you please suggest any medication or advise me to get rid of this condition? I am not in a situation to consult the same doctor who treated me for polyp removal..so could you please advise me any medicine to soften stools and relieve anal pain.

Take Syp. Duphalac 2 tsf x thrice daily and also Tab. Ganaton 50mg thrice daily before meals.
Use lignocaine ointment at the inside of the anus before defecation.
