Suggest Treatment For Constipation

Morning sir, vikas frommy engli Delhi ,(my English is not good,sorry) I am patient of 16 year old constipetion due to. Cough syrup. Last 6 month I Yemen lubopristone 24 , when I close lubopristone,enzar forte so my problem come back. So I ask you sir. How many time I Yemen these meridian ?

advice:
-warm water intake
-"fresh oranges" and pear
- avoid COLD milk and yogurt and AVOID junk food(NO burger , pizza) altogether
- drink strong coffee (once only) on empty stomach to aid in bowel movement
- include fiber rich food in your diet
- OTC lactulose drug maybe used also

hope the bowel movement would be normal.
