Suggest Treatment For Constipation

Hi, I have given up smoking for about 4 weeks now and I am finding it hard to go to the toilet. I used to be very regular in the morning with my coffee and cigarette but now I feel nothing. When I do go there is not a lot and it s very hard. Is there anything I can do other than start smoking again??

Given up smoking was great, so don't be dissapointed by your constipation at this moment, which who knoes can even be related with it (giving up). I'd recommend more fiber in the diet, more liquids and 20 ml of lactulose at night before sleeping.
