sir i`m having a severe problem during the anal Defecation.it is really painig and some times its really tight for the motion .i observe a small projection from inside the anus . i don`t wat disease it is.... pls reply me it with name and remedies and treatment methods

simple laxative.. n more fibers in diet should help.
take syrup Cremaffin 20 ml daily at night before going to bed.
