Suggest Treatment For Continuous Headache,dizziness And Stress

Hello doctor, myself Swati I have almost continuous headache, dizziness, heaviness since last 6 months. It increases when I m out in the sun for long hours, or take a little stress. I also have high BP problem since last 6 months. Right now I am taking Telvas40 one tab daily. BP seems to be normal after taking medicine but if missed,it starts fluctuating. There s still headache and dizziness. I didn t go for any CT scan. Please help me for my headache.

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.


Bp fluctuations itself causes dizziness and head- ache episodes. first maintain normal Bp by taking regular medications, salt restricted diet and exercises. in case of persistence, needs ent consultation to rule out other causes.
