General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Urinary incontinence with memory loss is concerning for pathologies affecting the brain like Alzheimer's, Parkinsons, normal pressure hydrocephalus etc. A thorough neurological evaluation and CT scanning of the brain is required at this point. So please follow up with a physician or neurologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Lekshmi Rita Venugopal, General & Family Physician
