This requires examination by eye doctor. It appears it is dry eye. Apply refresh eye tear drop two times daily. at bedtime apply neosporine eye ointment. Proper maintenance of contact lens. Before bed time the contact lens should be removed. Otherwise it will cause dry eye and corneal erosion. It should now improve.
Hello It seems from the history that you are having filaments on the cornea. This is called as filamentary keratitis. The treatment is by use of artificial tears and corneal scraping to remove the corneal filaments. Filamentary keratitis tend to run a long course hence it requires treatment under supervision of ophthalmologist. Hence I advice you to consult your ophthalmologist for examination and treatment accordingly.
Thank you
