Suggest Treatment For Corneal Grafts In Eye

i have had corneal grafts in each eye. i have had lasik in the right eye10-15 years ago to bring my vision back into a 'normal range'. 2006 I required an astigmatic keratotomy in the right eye. Recently i was diagnosed with cataract(s). i would like to know if a non-surgical method, i.e. eye drops would take care of the cateract . I understand that because of the medical history a surgical method to remove a cataract is not as simple as regular people.
