Hello sir...this is prakash from coimbatore...actually my friend's dad was diagnosed to have mild heart attack and he consulted some doctors there at chennai it seems and they suggested to have angio cath done....they he also had consulted one near his place who said like it may be curable with chelation...now they are worried about the results...could you all please tell me if this is a right choice or wat we should do..??waiting for ur suggestions..
some doctor have told u have mild heart attack ,tht means he has seen some ecg changes,thts y he suggested angio to be one,if u dont want angio and since angio is a invasive procedure involving putting dye in the body and u dont want it ,thn u an opt for CT angio ,it is non invasive,if block comes in CT angio then u can go for invasive angio involving dye
hi, i would advice you to get the angiogram done and at accordingly.. chelation has variable results.(it is not approved by US FDA) angiogram and stenting or bypass is superior compared to chelation with pretty good outcome... i would be happy to help you for any further queries..
