Suggest Treatment For Cough And Blood In Sputum

ok after a night of using my cpap machine this is the third time I have coughed up blood I have only been on machine for about three months results of my lung xray are negative and results of my lung test show I do not have copd my apnea is only on border of needing cpap but my oxygen goes low at night according to sleep study that s why doctor prescribed cpap im 41 248 lbs and I do smoke but if I don t use cpap for a couple days I do not even cough thru day but on days I use machine I cough till it feels like my eyes want to pop out and three times now when I get mucus out it has had a small amount of blood in it

You need to be evaluated for ur blood tinger sputum . Mostly a CT scan should be enough. Ruling out the causes of blood in sputim is important given the history of smoking. Also you need to check your cpap machine settings. Sometimes high pressures of the machine can make u feel uncomfortable.
