Suggest Treatment For Cough And Breathlessness
I am 23 years old, 172cm height and 70 kg weight.
I am facing cough problem and also breathing problem from last 2 months,mainly in night and morning.i consulted some doctors they provide me some medicines of infection which can help upto i m taking these medicines.
pls help me about my problem

Here are few possibility in your case.
1.If you have fever along with cough and breathlessness pneumonia has to be ruled out.sputum examination and chest x ray useful for it.antibiotic may needed.
2.Second it could be bronchitis like case.
Chest x ray and spirometry useful.
3.If you are chronic smoker and duration of these symptom long then emphysema could be under suspicion .chest x ray and spirometry useful.
4.If you have associated weight loss and anorexia with fever then tuberculosis sought for that sputum examination and chest x ray useful.
Complete blood examination also done.
If neutrophilia seen then bacterial , if lymphocytosis then viral or TB , if eosinophilia then allergic condition could be cause.
