Suggest Treatment For Cough And Cold

I have mucus stuck between my nose and throat. When I breathe in through my nose all, I can't and all I hear and feel is vibration. I try to hock it up, or blow it out my nose but its really stuck in there. What should I do? I'm afraid to go to sleep because I might choke.

You are having acute rhinitis. Take antibiotics and oral decongestants and nasal spray twice daily. also take steam inhalation.
