Suggest Treatment For Cough And Difficulty In Breathing

My father's age now 72 years old 20 years before he had Ist heart attack then after 2 attacks his open heart surggery in 2 times now he is very weak his heart is working only 15% time to time hospitalize now facing breathing problems and cough and cold problems but i have no any knowledge of medician please suggest me with explain

Recurrent heart attacks weaken heart android reduce its functionality.
Heart function of 15% is considered as very very low.
With this kind of heart, patients usually show heart failure repeatedly.
Most common symptoms for heart failure are edema feet, breathing difficulty, recurrent chest infections (due to pulmonary edema) etc.
So this kind of patients need diuretics, digoxin and other cardiac supportive drugs.
