Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi, I understand your concern What you sy is her headache comes when she lies down and it means she had pain on bending neck which points to meningism and could be a meningitis which can be made sure only after a thorough clinical examination and blood tests along with CSG examination if the doctor feels so. Less serous causes can be a sinusitis as pert oft chest infection. TO my patients I would do the work ups and therefore suggest you to take her to your doctor, Regards and come back for more advice.
