Hi Late Sunday evening my voice went hoarse and my throat mildly sore. My voice became worst yesterday and I could barley talk. During the night I have developed a cough and now this morning it feels like my ears are affected and have popped several times.
Thanks for contacting HCM, You obviously have infection which has affected your larynx(Voice box). I would suggest following to you:- 1. Tab Ofloxacin with ornidazole combination twice daily. 2. A cough syrup with dextromethorphan, chlorpheniramine and pseudoephedrine, 5ml three times a day. 3. Serratiopeptidase with diclofenac combination three times a day. 4. Take steam 4-5 times a day. 5. If response is delayed you can add deflazacort 6mg 3 times a day. 6. Avoid refrigerated food and beverages. 7. Take lite and easily digestible meals for a few days regards
