ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

It's very common to get tinge of bleed during allergic rhinitis if you cough or blow your nose vigorously. Start Nasoclear nose drops for 2 weeks. Take bromhexine tablets for 5 days. Take proper steam inhalation through nose. No blood vessels has got damaged from your brain. You don't have to worry.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
