Suggest Treatment For Cough And Throat Infection

Hi, I recently passed out at home on this past friday morning about 5:45am. I had a cold all week long prior to passing out. I remember coughing and feeling a burning sensation in my throat, the next thing i know i was on the floor with blood pourning out my head from passing out. I was in the hospital for few days they ran test for heart, stroke and blocked arteries no issues. In conclusion they decided cough snycope was the diagnosis. I didn t cough to hard though. What do you think ?

HI. The syncope due o cough is well known , but the syncope does not last so long.
Hence the possibility is about a part of the mucus got stuck in the trachea or the larynx to cause you hypoxia and the problems related to it like passing out ans so on.
Get an ENT check-up done and an MRI of the brain and CT scan of the pharynx (neck).
You may need an active treatment with a PPI, Domperidone antibiotic and supportive treatment.
