bronchitis 06.10.2017 went to md 06.15.2017 given 9 day course of prednisone 20mg and cefuroxime 500 mg 2/day 3 days later had to stop antibiotic bad antibiotic activated diarrhea finished out prednisone felt better then Thursday night Friday cough back chills body aches fever 100.7

I can understand your concern.
Your bronchitis is not cured completely because you have not given appropriate treatment for bronchitis.
Best treatment of bronchitis is inhaled bronchodilators.
Since you are not taking inhaled treatment, you are not improving completely.
So better to consult pulmonologist and get done clinical examination of respiratory system and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
PFT will not only diagnose bronchitis but it will also tell you about severity of the disease and treatment is based on severity only.
You will improve with inhaled bronchodilators (formoterol or salmeterol) and inhaled corticosteroid (ICS) (budesonide or fluticasone).
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
