hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

Sinusitis can be treated with medicines like antibiotics, decongestant, antihistamines and anti inflammatory drugs.

Surgery is not a must for everyone. But if sinusitis does not reduce with conservative medicines ,and if sinusitis is recurring very frequently, may be 3 episodes in 6 months then we advise for surgery.

For eye infection, you can apply antibiotics eye drops like ciprofloxacin after carefully washing the eyes.

For cough, you will have to take antihistamines like benadryl or mast cell stabilizers like montelukast.

You can continue taking your COPD treatment as per your pulmonologist or physician.

Regards,
