Suggest Treatment For Cough With Sputum

Sir iam suffering with heavy cough and heavy discharge of sputum and throat irritation since three days the symptoms very high particularly at night times and i am sleepless since three days I am taking levofloxacin 500mg ,romilast 10 mg daily one tab each and benadryl syrup is it ok .please suggest any other medicine for quick relief

Thanks for your question on HCM.
In my opinion you are having severe upper Respiratory tract infection ( URTI ). And if not treated properly, can lead to lower respiratory tract infection ( LRTI ). So along with drugs try to follow these steps.
1. Drink plenty of fluids.
2. Avoid oily and spicy food.
3. Warm water gargles 5 - 6 times a day.
If not improve in 5-6 days than get done chest x ray to rule out LRTI. You may need sputum culture and sensitivity to guide antibiotic therapy.
