Hi,
Breathlessness can be a cause of cough which in turn can lead to nausea and vomiting.
The way you describe your complains, may I request you to evaluate your breathlessness by means of spirometry. And it can be treated with bronchodilators.

Breathlessness:
Inv- Spirometry
Rx - MDI Salbutamol 100ug 2 Puffs via spacer as and when breathless (Max 4 times a day)

Cough:
Rule out infective aetiology.
Inv - Chest XRay, Sputum Culture
Rx - Antibiotics (Amoxicillin + Clavulanate or Azithromycin)

Nausea:
Apparently secondary to coughing
Rx- Tab. Ondensetron 4 mg three times a day
Tab. Pantoprazole 40 mg Once a Day before breakfast.

Regards.
