I had redness on my glans penis..With itching and irritation. .seen by doctor..tested for std. .nothing positive. .had metronidazole oral which helped. Also used clotrimazole for a week.Few days back..having oral sex done on my penis..few hours later..noted tiny cracks on the shaft ..just below glans...Over the days..tend to fade..but once I master bate. .tend to recur. .itchy and red..then fade..looks like site of vigorous handling of my penis..but how can I get them to heal...keep coming back Thanks

It may be due to some fungal infection.

Use some topical antifungal ointment as local application & antifungal orally.
