Suggest Treatment For Cracks On Buttocks With Redness

I am so curious as to what is happening right in between the upper most parts of my butt. Lowest point of my back just as the crack starts. There are 4 equally sized bumps that itch like no other. It doesnt constantly itch but if I give attention to them they will itch. They are red and mildly irritated. I noticed it one morning when I was extremely sweaty from the heavy blankets on me. I do not know if it could be a rash from the sweat or am STI or what. Does any of this sound like something that will need strong medicatiom to cure? They are not a constant bother. Only when I pay attention to them.

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi

You seem to have developed intertrigo or fungal infection in the natal cleft region .
Such an infection can occur especially in hot and humid climate due to excessive sweating .
Apply a topical antifungal cream like Canestan cream over the affected area twice daily .
Wear cotton undergarments.
Avoid oil application over the area.
